How to Register Your Warranty
To ensure your warranty is active, please complete our warranty registration process by providing your purchase details. Registering helps us assist you more efficiently if you ever need to make a claim.
What’s Covered?
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.
- If a fault occurs within this period, we will provide a replacement item, subject to an assessment.
- The faulty item must be returned to us for inspection before a replacement can be issued.
What’s Not Covered?
- General wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications.
- Issues arising from improper use or failure to follow care instructions.
- Products purchased from unauthorised retailers.
